Condenser coils

Refrigerant condenser coils are used to transfer heat from the refrigerant to the outdoor air. Whether your application requires a single refrigerant circuit, integral sub-cooler or multiple face-splits, Madok can design and build the precise refrigerant heat rejection coil for your application. Refrigerant condenser coils are used to transfer heat from the refrigerant to the outdoor air. As refrigerant passes through the coil, it is first de-superheated and then condensed to liquid. In many cases an integral or dedicated sub-cooler section is used to further cool the refrigerant below saturation. This reduction in liquid temperature increases overall system capacity and keeps the refrigerant from flashing due to liquid line losses. The heat removed from the refrigerant in the condenser and sub-cooler is equal to the heat absorbed in the evaporator plus the work done by the compressor. Booster coils

Casing designs allow for flanged installations. If customization is not of primary concern, Madok’s booster heating coils are the perfect solution for many applications. The Madok line of booster coils is designed for hot water or low-pressure steam heating. Their pre-engineered 1 and 2 row coils allow them to offer exceptional value and lead times for this product. One week availability insures that they meet any requirements for these coils. Learn more about these and other available coils at madok.com.

Air-Cooled Chillers

30RC – 10-250 Tons – R-32The AquaSnap® 30RC chiller is an effective all-in-one package that is easy to install and easy to own. The chiller costs less to purchase and install and then operates quietly and efficiently. Value-added features include rotary scroll compression, HFC refrigerant R-32, a quiet AeroAcoustic™ fan system, easy to use PIC6 controls, microchannel condenser coil technology (or optional AlCu coils), optional integrated hydronic pump package (with or without VFD), optional desuperheater, and optional high-efficiency variable condenser fans (Greenspeed® intelligence). Greenspeed intelligence results in best-in-class part-load efficiency with quiet part-load operation. 30XV – 140-500 Tons – R-513The Carrier® AquaForce® 30XV air-cooled variable-speed screw chiller was developed to ensure the best performance and efficiency in a solution that’s easy to install, easy to service, highly reliable and quiet. The 30XV delivers with industry leading efficiency (IPLV Ratings greater than 21.0 available in certain models) and sound. The smaller footprint 30XV can replace just about all older equipment going back two generations. The 30XV can be customized to fit most building needs, anywhere. Available with Waterside EconomizerThe addition of a waterside economizer allows the chiller to use an auxiliary source of chilled water rather than the compressor and mechanical coils, which can optimize performance and reduce down time due to environmental challenges such as cold weather.
