Jeff Armstrong is a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in the HVAC and building automation industries. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western University in 2015 and obtained his Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation from the Professional Engineers of Ontario (PEO) in 2020.
Over nearly a decade, Jeff excelled in a systems sales engineering role, supporting contractors, mechanical engineers, and building owners with complex equipment and controls projects. He is also a dedicated advocate for ASHRAE, having served as Past President of the London chapter (2023-2024), where he actively contributes to the industry he is passionate about.

Jon graduated from the University of Windsor with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to becoming one of the three founding partners of ACP in 2024, Jon gained extensive experience in the HVAC industry, working as an account manager in both the London and Windsor areas. During this time, he collaborated with consulting engineers on equipment and system designs, managed bids for mechanical contractors, and handled project management.
At ACP, Jon will continue to expand his expertise in these areas, focusing on growing the company’s presence in the Sarnia, London, and Hamilton regions.
PARTNER
Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Windsor with over 15 years of experience in HVAC sales, installations, and retrofits. Skilled in business development and strategic account management, with a proven track record of working closely with end users and key mechanical contractors. Expertise includes delivering building automation systems and HVAC solutions to industrial, commercial, and institutional clients across Ontario.
